    WIChtIge InfoRMatIonen • Ihre TIGER smartWATCH besitzt eine IP-Klassifizierung. Das Produkt hat zertifizierte Tests durchlaufen, in deren Rahmen ihre Wasser- und Staubdichtigkeit gemessen wurde. Die erste Ziffer der zweistelligen IP-Klassifizierung gibt den Schutzgrad gegenüber festen Fremdkörpern wie Staub an. Die zweite Ziffer gibt an, welchen Wasserdichtigkeitsgrad die Uhr besitzt. • Ihre TIGER smartWATCH ist gemäß der IP-Klassifizierung IP66 wassergeschützt und staubgeschützt. • IP6X: Staubdicht. IPX6: Geschützt gegen starkes Strahlwasser für mindestens drei Minuten. • Auch wenn Ihre Uhr wassergeschützt und staubgeschützt ist, sollten Sie es nicht unnötig übermäßigem Staub, Sand und Schlamm aussetzen bzw. in feuchten Umgebungen mit äußerst hohen oder niedrigen Temperaturen verwenden. Die Wasserdichtigkeit kann nicht in allen Umgebungsbedingungen garantiert werden. Duschen Sie niemals mit Ihrer TIGER smartWATCH. Die eingebauten Mikrofone und Lautsprecher könnten Schäden nehmen • Tauchen Sie Ihre Uhr niemals in Salzwasser ein bzw. lassen Sie die Ladekontakte niemals in Berührung mit Salzwasser kommen. Wenn Sie beispielsweise am Strand sind, dann halten Sie Ihr Zubehör vom Meerwasser entfernt. Setzen Sie Ihre Uhr niemals flüssigen Chemikalien aus. Wenn Sie zum Beispiel per Hand Geschirr abwaschen und dafür ein Flüssigspülmittel verwenden, lassen Sie Ihr Zubehör nicht mit dem Spülmittel in Berührung kommen. Spülen Sie Ihre Uhr mit Süßwasser aus, wenn es Kontakt zu Salz- oder Brackwasser hatte. • Durch Verschleiß oder etwaige Schäden kann die Uhr weniger staub- oder feuchtigkeitsabweisend sein. Trocknen Sie nach Verwendung der Uhr im Wasser die Bereiche um die Ladekontakte. • Falls das Mikrofon der Uhr nass wird kann die Funktion beeinträchtigt sein, bis das Wasser vollständig abgetrocknet ist. Bitte beachten Sie, dass je nach Umgebung bis zu 3 Stunden vergehen müssen, bis die Uhr wieder komplett trocken ist. Sie können bis dahin andere Funktionen der Uhr nutzen, für die kein Mikrofon erforderlich ist. • Alle Zubehörteile, wie die Ladestation oder das Micro USB-Kabel sind als einzelne Komponenten nicht staub- und wassergeschützt. • Wenn Sie weitere Fragen zur Verwendung der Uhr haben wenden Sie sich bitte an unseren Kundenservice.

    Vor der erstmaligen Verwendung Ihrer smartWATCH oder wenn diese länger nicht verwendet wurde, muss der Akku geladen werden. Gehen Sie wie folgt vor, um den Akku Ihrer smartWATCH zu laden: 1. Legen Sie die Uhr mit der Rückseite nach unten auf die mitgelieferte Dockingstation 2. Verbinden Sie das mitgelieferte Micro USB-Kabel mit einem Ladegerät 3. Stecken Sie das Ladegerät in eine dafür vorgesehene Stromquelle, nicht in die USB-Schnittstelle Ihres Rechners. Diese liefert unter Umständen nicht genug Strom, um die TIGER smartWATCH aufzuladen.

    SMaRtWatCh RIChtIg anlegen Ihre TIGER smartWATCH wird mit einem Edelstahl- Gliederarmband ausgeliefert. Für eine optimale Anpassung des Armbandes an Ihr Handgelenk empfehlen wir das Aufsuchen des lokalen Uhrenmachers. Dieser kann mit entsprechendem Werkzeug das Gliederarmband optimal an Ihr Handgelenk anpassen. SMaRtWatCh eIn- unD auSSChalten So schalten Sie die smartWATCH ein: Halten Sie die Einschalttaste so lange  gedrückt, bis der Startbildschirm erscheint. So schalten Sie Ihre smartWATCH aus: Durch langes drücken auf die Einschalttaste  schalten Sie Ihre TIGER smartWATCH aus.

    • Bitte legen Sie Ihre smartWATCH an, bevor Sie mit der Messung der Herzfrequenz beginnen. Wir empfehlen mindestens 2 Mal zu messen, um den angezeigten Wert zu verifizieren. • Drücken Sie , um Ihre gespeicherten Werte abzurufen. Es können 20 Einträge gespeichert werden • Drücken Sie und dann „wiederholen“, um eine ständige Messung vorzunehmen. In diesem Modus können allerdings keine Werte gespeichert werden. Hinweis: Die TIGER smartWATCH misst ihre Herzfrequenz mit äußerster Genauigkeit. Allerdings ist die TIGER smartWATCH kein medizinisches Gerät. In der Uhr befinden sich Bauteile, die Herzschritt- macher und implantierbare Kardio-Defibriliatoren (ICD) beeinträchtigen können. Konsultieren Sie bitte vor der Benutzung der TIGER smartWATCH Ihren Arzt, falls Sie auch nur geringste Bedenken haben.
  • Page 18 Tragen Ihrer TIGER smartWATCH Folgendermaßen vorgehen, um den Herzfrequenzmonitor auf Ihrer TIGER smartWATCH zu benutzen: • Die Uhr so anlegen, dass der optische Sensor auf der Rückseite der Uhr gut auf Ihrer Haut aufliegt. Je enger der Kontakt zwischen Haut und Uhr, desto besser. • Die Uhr über und nicht auf Ihrem Handgelenk tragen. Insbesondere wenn Ihr Handgelenk schmal ist, die Uhr höher am Unterarm tragen, wenn die Uhr zur Messung der Herzfrequenz benutzt wird. Überwachung der Herzfrequenz • Die Werte für die Herzfrequenz sind je nach Messbedingungen und-umgebung möglicherweise ungenau. • Messen Sie Ihre Herzfrequenz, wenn Sie sitzen und entspannt sind. • Wird die Herzfrequenz bei niedriger Temperatur gemessen, ist das Ergebnis möglicherweise ungenau. • Bewegen Sie sich während der Messung der Herzfrequenz möglichst wenig. Andernfalls kann es zu ungenauen Ergebnissen bei der Messung der Herzfrequenz kommen. • Bei nutzern mit schmalen Handgelenken sind die Messungen der Herzfrequenz möglicherweise ebenfalls ungenau. • Ungenaue Messungen treten auf, wenn das Gerät locker am Handgelenk getragen und das Licht, das für die Messung eingesetzt wird, ungleichmäßig reflektiert wird.
  • Page 19 • Falls das Ergebnis stark von der erwarteten Herzfrequenz abweicht, ruhen Sie 30 Minuten aus und messen Sie Ihre Herzfrequenz dann erneut. • Die Ergebnisse werden mithilfe von Durchschnittswerten berechnet und sollten daher mindestens fünf Mal wiederholt werden. • Sorgen Sie im Winter oder bei Kälte dafür, dass Sie während der Messung Ihrer Herzfrequenz nicht auskühlen. • Wenn Sie vor der Messung rauchen oder Alkohol trinken, weicht Ihre Herzfrequenz möglicherweise von Ihrer normalen Herzfrequenz ab. • Während der Messung Ihrer Herzfrequenz sollten Sie weder reden noch gähnen oder tief atmen. Andernfalls kann es zu ungenauen Ergebnissen bei der Messung der Herzfrequenz kommen. • Sollte Ihre Herzfrequenz sehr hoch oder sehr niedrig sein, sind die Messungen möglicherweise ungenau. • Messungen der Herzfrequenz bei Säuglingen und Kleinkindern sind möglicherweise ebenfalls ungenau. • Sehen Sie auf keinen Fall direkt in das Licht des Herzfrequenzsensors. Dies kann zu Sehschäden führen. • Ist der Herzfrequenzsensor schmutzig, wischen Sie ihn ab und versuchen Sie es erneut.     • Setzen Sie die smartWATCH nicht längere Zeit Wasser, Regen, Feuchtigkeit, Schweiß oder anderen Flüssigkeiten aus • Vermeiden Sie Temperaturen unter – 20 Grad Celsius und über + 70 Grad Celsius • Laden Sie Ihre smartWATCH nicht bei Temperaturen unter -10 Grad Celsius oder über + 50 Grad Celsius • Setzen Sie Ihre smartWATCH nicht längere Zeit Staub, Schmutz, Sand o.ä. aus. • Um Ihre smartWATCH zu reinigen, nutzen Sie nur ein sauberes weiches Tuch. Verwenden Sie keine Reiningungsmittel oder Alkohol. • Um Ihre smartWATCH zu schützen, achten Sie darauf, dass alle Verbindungen und Abdeckungen geschlossen sind und bringen Sie sie nicht mit harten oder scharfkantigen Gegenständen, wie z.B. Schlüssel oder Münzen, in Berührung. akku / entSoRgung Versuchen Sie niemals den Akku in Ihrer TIGER smartWATCH kurzzuschließen • Unterbrechen Sie die nutzung, falls der Akku ausläuft • Falls der Akku durch einen falschen Typ ersetzt wird, droht Explosionsgefahr. Bitte beachten Sie, dass bei einer Entnahme des Akkus die Gewährleistung erlischt. • Der in diesem Gerät eingebaute Akku kann bei falschem Entfernen oder Demontieren zu Verbrennungen chemischer oder anderer Art führen • Beim Auseinandernehmen des Geräts kann der Akku beschädigt werden. Dabei können Substanzen austreten, die möglicherweise allergische Reaktionen hervorrufen.

(Ausnahme: Bei Entsorgung) • Stechen Sie nicht in die hintere Abdeckung des Geräts. • Verbrennen Sie das Gerät nicht und entsorgen Sie es nicht im Hausmüll. • Bewahren Sie das Gerät außerdem nicht bei Temperaturen über 60 °C auf. • Das Gerät (smartWATCH UND Akku) muss gemäß den vor Ort geltenden Umweltvorschriften entsorgt werden. Dieses Symbol auf dem Gerät, dem Akku und dem Zubehör bedeutet, dass die Produkte nach Ende der nutzung zu einer der folgenden Sammelstellen gebracht werden müssen: • K ommunale Abfallentsorgungsstellen mit Behältern für Elektromüll • S ammelbehälter in den Verkaufsstellen Sie werden anschließend wiederverwertet. Um den Akku der TIGER smartWATCH zu entsorgen, lösen Sie zuerst die 4 Schrauben auf der Rückseite der Uhr mit einem passenden Feinmechanik-Schraubenzieher. Öffnen Sie dann vorsichtig den Gehäusedeckel. akku Ziehen Sie danach den Kunststoffdeckel ab. Trennen Sie dann das Plus- und Minuskabel, das vom Akku zur Platine führt mit einer Zange. Entnehmen Sie danach vorsichtig den Akku.

    IMPORTANT INFORMATION • Your TIGER smartWATCH has IP classification. The product has undergone certified tests as part of which its waterproofness and dustproofness was measured. The first digit in the two- digit IP classification indicates the degree of protection provided against solid foreign bodies such as dust. The second digit indicates what level of waterproofness the watch has. • According to IP classification IP66, your TIGER smartWATCH is waterproof and protected from dust. • IP6X: Dustproof. IPX6: Protected against powerful water jets for at least three minutes. • Even though your watch is waterproof and dust protected, you should not expose it unnecessarily to excess dust, sand and mud or use it in moist environments with extremely high or low temperatures. • Never immerse your watch in salt water and never allow the charging pins socket to come into contact with salt water. If you are on the beach, for example, then keep your accessory away from sea water. Never expose your watch to liquid chemicals. For example, if you are washing up crockery by hand and use washing-up liquid to do this, do not allow your accessory to come into contact with the washing-up liquid. Rinse your watch with fresh water if it has been in contact with salt water or brackish water. • The watch may become less repellent to dust or moisture as a result of wear and tear or any damage it may sustain. After the watch has been used in water, dry the areas around the charging pins. • If the microphone of the watch becomes wet, this may impair function until the water has completely dried. Please note that, depending on the environment, it may take up to three hours before the watch is completely dry again.   • Page 44 Wearing your TIGER smartWATCH Proceed as follows to use the heart rate monitor on your TIGER smartWATCH: • Put the watch on so that the optical sensor on the back of the watch rests snugly on your skin. The closer the contact between skin and watch, the better. • Wear the watch above your wrist and not on your wrist. Particularly if you have a slim wrist, wear the watch higher up your forearm if the watch is being used to measure your heart rate. Monitoring the heart rate • The values for the heart rate may possibly be inaccurate depending on the measuring conditions and environment. • Measure your heart rate while you are sitting down and relaxed. • If the heart rate is measured at low temperature, the result may possibly be inaccurate. • Move as little as possible while the heart rate is being measured. Otherwise the results from measuring the heart rate may be inaccurate. • In the case of users with slim wrists, the measurements of heart rate may possibly also be inaccurate. • Inaccurate measurements will occur if the device is worn loose on the wrist and the light that is used for the measurement is reflected inconsistently. • If the result differs greatly from the expected heart rate, rest for 30 minutes and then measure your heart rate again. • The results are calculated using average values and should therefore be repeated at least five times.

  • Page 70 Comment porter la TIGER smartWATCH Vous devez procéder comme suit pour utiliser le moniteur de fréquence cardiaque sur votre TIGER smartWATCH: • Placez bien la montre jusqu’à ce que le capteur optique sur la face arrière de la montre soit bien calé contre la peau. Plus la montre est en contact avec la peau, mieux c’est. • Portez la montre par-dessus mais pas directement contre le poignet. Notamment si votre poignet est fin, portez la montre plus haut sur l’avant-bras dès lors que vous l’employez pour la mesure de votre fréquence cardiaque. Contrôle de la fréquence cardiaque • Les valeurs de la fréquence cardiaque peuvent être imprécises selon les conditions et l’environnement ambiant de la mesure. • Mesurez votre fréquence cardiaque lorsque vous êtes assis(e) et détendu(e). • Le résultat risque d’être imprécis si la fréquence cardiaque est mesurée à basse température. • Évitez de bouger dans la mesure du possible lorsque vous mesurez la fréquence cardiaque. Dans le cas contraire, il se peut que la mesure de la fréquence cardiaque produise des résultats imprécis. • Chez les utilisateurs ayant des poignets fins, il est possible que les mesures soient également imprécises. • Des mesures imprécises peuvent enfin se produire lorsque l’appareil est porté trop lâchement au poignet et que la lumière nécessaire à la mesure soit réfléchie irrégulièrement.
