Technical Bulletin 142 - Control-R™ Recirculation Accessory Pairing
The purpose of this technical bulleting is to communicate an update to the pairing instructions for all Control-R™ recirculation
accessories. Updates include the following:
•
Ensuring the module LED has been red for at least one minute prior to beginning the pairing process.
•
After all devices have been paired, use a pin or small tool to press the "Reset" button on the module in order to reset the
module. Wait one minute after reboot has occurred and LED is red before attempting to initiate recirculation with the Wi-Fi
accessory.

- Page 2 Operate the Push Button IMPORTANT: • Press the Push Button to activate the Rinnai Tankless Water Heater Make sure the module LED has been RED for recirculation system. The recirculation system will deactivate after at least 1 minute prior to beginning push five minutes from initiation or when the water has reached the set button pairing process .
