Features of your BRITA Kettle 3-Way Safety System 1 – Automatically switches the kettle off after boiling. 2 – Cuts out for boil-dry production. 3 – Shuts down in case of overheating. 2400 watt concealed element The fast boil 2400 watt element is concealed in the base of the kettle for longer element life. - Page 7 Memo display The electronic cartridge exchange indicator automatically reminds you to replace the filter cartridge every 8 weeks. Preparing the filter cartridge for use 1.Remove the cartridge from its wrapping (it is normal for the cartridge to appear moist during storage). 2.Immerse the cartridge in cold water and agitate gently to remove any air bubbles.
