FLASH SETTING

Adjust fl ash-related settings.
To display fl ash-related settings, press
MENU/OK in the shooting display and se-
lect the F (FLASH SETTING) tab.

The options available vary with the shoot-
ing mode selected.

FLASH MODE

Choose a fl ash mode (P 88).

FLASH COMPENSATION

Adjust fl ash brightness. Choose from values between +2 EV and
–2 EV.

Note that the desired results may not be achieved depending on
shooting conditions and the distance to the subject.

RED EYE REMOVAL

Choose ON to remove red-eye eff ects caused by the fl ash.

Red-eye removal is not available with RAW images.
