Text messages (SMS)

You must have a valid service center number in your phone.
This is supplied by your service provider and saved on the SIM
card. You may have to enter the number yourself.
To write and send a text message
1 From standby select
> Text message.
2 Write the message and select
3 Select an option.
4 Select OK
See Entering text on page 31.
To add items in a text message
1 When writing the message, select
2 Select an option.
To view a received text message
1 When New message from:
2 Select the unread message.
To view messages saved in the inbox
• Select Menu
To get delivery status of a sent message
1 From standby select
message >
2 Select On. You are notified when a message has been
successfully delivered.
