Saving a received message
Select in the list of options.
Save
The message is saved on the SIM card. Messages that are
saved on the SIM card remain there until you delete them.
Calling the sender of a message
Select in the list of options.
Call
To call a phone number found in a message,

press the left softkey twice when the number is
highlighted.
Sending a message to an email address or
phone number found in a message
1 Select in the list of options.
Mail to
2 Enter a message.
3 Press again to send the message.

Save from Msg.

that are saved on the SIM card remain there until you

Saving a picture found in a message
1 Select the highlighted picture.
2 Select . You can select where you would

like to save the picture, with in My Pictures or in
My Animation.
Saving a melody found in a message
1 Select the highlighted melody icon.
2 Select . The melody is saved in the
Save Melody
list. When the melody is highlighted,
My Melodies
it will automatically play. To set the melody as your
ring sound, see "Ring sounds and melodies" on
page 35.

Message Alert

You can choose the signal you want to hear when you
receive a message. You can choose between clicks, tones,
or silent.
Setting the message alert
1 Scroll to
Settings, Sounds & Alerts, Message Alert.
2 Select an alert.
