Medical Precautions
• Consult your dermatologist if you have any
questions regarding therapeutic use of this
product.
• Do not use on any part of the body that is
anesthetized.
Instructions For Use
1. Carefully remove all contents from the
packaging and inspect the product to make
sure all components have been received.
(Fig. 1)
2. Fill the provided measuring cup with distilled
water to the max fill line (170mL/5.7oz) (Fig. 2).
When filled to the maximum fill, steam will last
approximately 17 minutes. After water runs out,
appliance will automatically shut off for safety.

If you choose to steam longer, add more
distilled water and turn appliance on. DO NOT
FILL PAST THE MAX FILL LINE.
3. Turn water chamber cap to the left and remove.
Pour the distilled water into the distilled water
chamber (Fig. 3). Push cap back into place.
NOTE: DO NOT turn unit on before you put the
water chamber cap back on. NEVER run unit
with the cap off.
4. Press the on/off button to turn the unit on
(Fig. 4). A red LED will glow to indicate the unit
is on. Steam should form in approximately
3-4 minutes with the quick heat-up function.
5. Adjust the steam spout to the angle that is most
comfortable. (Fig. 5).
6. Position your face in the path of the steam
(Fig. 6). Relax and close your eyes. If you feel
any discomfort or excessive heat, move
your face away from the spout to a
comfortable distance.
7. When finished with your steam facial press the
on/off button to turn the unit off. NOTE: If the
unit runs out of distilled water the unit will
automatically turn off to ensure your safety.

TO STORE
Place in a convenient, dry location or in box, out of children's reach. Wrap the
power cord around the cord storage located on the bottom of the unit (Fig 7).
Do not hang the unit by the power cord.
TO CLEAN
Always unplug the appliance from the electrical outlet and let cool before cleaning.
Empty excess water by tipping unit forward and pouring out the adjustable
steam spout. NOTE: You cannot empty water through the distilled water chamber.
Or, you may choose to run the appliance until all water is evaporated.
Wipe the base with a clean damp cloth, then polish it lightly
with a dry one. Never immerse the unit.
Do not immerse the base in any liquid to clean.
Never use abrasive cleaners, brushes, gasoline, kerosene,
glass/furniture polish or paint thinner to clean.
Do not attempt to repair the unit. There are no user serviceable parts.
For service, send the unit to the HoMedics address listed in the warranty section.
