Solution
Realign drive.
Replace belts and install properly.
Driver pulley must be disassembled, cleaned
and lubricated, then reassembled.
Solution
1. Low liquid line pressure.*
2. Thermal expansion valve.**
3. Low air flow across coil.
Purge and charge system.
1. Bulb mounted at incorrect location.
2. Bulb not secured properly.
1. See air blower troubleshooting.
2. Clogged coil
Caulk safe off.
Replace system.*
Check outside air dampers.
Determine leak location and correct.
Determine cause and correct.*
Reduce unit air flow.
Clean pan and p-trap.
