REMEDY
Check service lines for leaks or open valves up.
Check the filter indicator and inspect and/or
change element if required.
Ensure control line bleed orifice is not plugged.
Adjust regulator according to control adjustment
instructions in the Maintenance Section.
Check diaphragm and replace if necessary
(kit available).
Check valve operation. Replace the coil or the complete
valve if defective.
Worn seals in inlet valve. Replace seals (kits available).
Defective pressure regulating valves; repair valves
(kits available).
Free or repair inlet valve
Check the valve operation. Replace if necessary.
Clean strainer (screen and O-ring
replacement kit available).
Check that the sump pressure is exhausted to the
atmosphere when in the unloaded mode. Repair or
replace if necessary (kit available).
Clean or repair as necessary
Check all control lines and components.
Ice in control line or components. Run fan in REVERSE
direction when operating below freezing.
Clean orifice or strainer.
Change separator.
Check all pipes, connections and components.
Drain and change.
Drain and change.
Increase comperssor operating pressure
Drain excess fluid.
Replace.
Adjust Pressure switch per UNLOAD PRESSURE
SETTING on page 46.
Replace or repair solenoid valve
