Listening to the sound in
another zone (2nd (3rd)
zone operations)
You can enjoy images and sounds from a
component connected to the receiver in a room
(2nd (3rd) zone) other than the main room. For
example, you can listen to the CD in the main
room and watch the DVD in the 2nd zone.

When using an IR repeater (not supplied), you
can also operate both a component in main
room and Sony receiver in the 2nd (or 3rd)
zone from the 2nd (or 3rd) zone.
Use the RM-US106A remote for the
operation.
• Switching the output source for the 2ND (or
3RD) ZONE OUT jacks.
• Switching the Sony receiver's power on or
off in the 2nd (or 3rd) zone.
• Adjusting the volume of the Sony receiver in
the 2nd (or 3rd) zone.
