on this type of flooring, use care.
Do
not
install the
rangeover
kitchen carpeting unless you
place an insulatingpad or sheet of
l/4-inch-thickplywoodbetween
the rangeand carpeting.
When thefloor cowing ends
at
the~ront of the range, the area that
the range will rest on should be
built up with plywoodor similar
material to the same levelor higher
than the floor covering.This will
allow the range to be moved for
cleaning or servicing.

Yourrange must be level in order to
produce proper cooking and baking
results. After it is in its final
location, place a levelhorizontally
on an oven shelf and check the
levelnessfront to back and side to
side. Level the range by adjusting
the levelinglegs or by placing
shims under the corners as needed.
@ Make sure all utensilsused in
your microwaveoven are labeled
"suitablefor microwaving:'Check
your Cookbookfor specifictest to
determine "microwave-safe"
utensils.
@ Paper towels, wax paper and
plastic wrap can be used to cover
dishes in order to retain moisture
and prevent spattering.

stirring, rotating or rearranging.

to allow steam to escape during
