Checking the Rotating Brush & Changing the Belt Use BISSELL Replacement Belts (203-2519) in your BISSELL CatchAll. Remove the Battery Pack from the cleaner. Turn the cleaner over and remove the two screws as shown with a Phillips head screwdriver.
