Formatting A Memory Card - Ricoh GR III Operating Manual

When using a new memory card or a memory card used with another device,
be sure to format the memory card with this camera. The internal memory
can also be formatted with the same operations.

Formatting a Memory Card

Press f.
The menu appears.
Turn p to select E.
The E1 menu appears.
Select [Format], and press d.
Use ab to select [Memory Card] or
[Internal Memory], and press d.
The confirmation screen appears.
Use a to select [Execute], and press
e.
The memory is formatted and the screen in
Step 4 reappears.
Press f twice.
The shooting screen reappears.
