DRESS PROPERLY Do not wear loose clothing, gloves, neckties or jewelry (rings, wrist watches). They can be caught in moving parts. Protective electrically on-conductive gloves and non-skid footwear are recommended when working. Wear protective hair covering to contain long hair, preventing it from getting caught in Machinery.

ASSEMBLY OF CEMENT MIXER STEP1. Place the Mixer Base Frame (Ref 7) onto a Level Surface. Then fix the Base Frame to the Gear Box Mounting Frame (Ref 9) using the 4x3” (75mm) Bolts with 1xWashers and Nuts provided. The washers are shaped to fit around the contour of the Mixer Frame. Make sure all 4 Bolts are tight and secure before proceeding.

STEP4. Turn the assembled Frame of the Mixer on its side. Refer to diagram below. Take the Motor and Gear Box Drive unit. Lining up the 5 exposed Bolts with the 5 Holes, predrilled in the Back plate on the Gear Box Mounting Frame. Secure the Motor Gear Box, using the 5 Locking Nuts provided once secure, turn the Frame onto its upward position.

STEP7. Fix Tilting Handle (Ref 17) by locating the holes in the Tilting Handle Base Plate with the three Brackets on the under side of the Gear Box Mounting Frame (Refer to Diagram below). Once Holes are alined secure by using Metal Bolt (Ref 15) lock with Cottar Pin (Ref 16).

STEP9. Now both Cement Mixer and Cement Mixer Stand are fully assembled. You can now fit the Mixer to the stand. This is simply done by: * Laying Mixer on its Back (Ref to Fig.1) * Connect Central Pole (Ref 18) on the stand into the Tilting Handle Base Plate (Ref 17) on the underside of the cement mixer.
