Procedure for Loop-Back Diagnosis between the DLI and the Transmission Equipment
START
PCM lamp (red) on the DLI card illuminates.
Set SW3-1 of the DLI card to UP.
On the DLI card, various lamps are indicating as
follows.

Check to see if the power supply to the transmis-
