    5.1 Flash Disk Devices with Windows CE basically use RAM-based standard storage disks. This product also uses this type of storage disk. It can use RAM as hard disk of your desktop and consumes only small power. However, it loses all programs and data in cold reset. This device also uses Flash ROM storage, which preserves data even in cold reset.
