Troubleshooting Guide

Solution
Connect power adapter
Refer to the instructions
Add water into water tank
Power off and place in a well-ventilated
area for 10 minutes
Get rid of some water
Clean the water tank as instructed
Cap on the cover properly
Move the unit to a well ventilated area
Clean water tank as instructed, use
after air drying
Clean water tank as instructed, use

Use natural essential oil

Warranty

This product is covered by the TaoTronics Product and Labor Warranty for 12 months from the date
of its original purchase. If manufacturing defects occur, please contact TaoTronics support
(support@taotronics.com) immediately to launch a warranty claim. We will instruct you on how
to return the defective unit back to us for repair or replacement. No return will be accepted
without seller authorization
