Problem
You cannot make
outgoing calls.
PIN Code is
blocked.
Unable to add
contacts to the

Possible causes
You have activated call bar-
rings.
Charge limit reached.
You have entered an incor-
rect PIN code three consecu-
tive times.
Memory for contacts is
already full.
Your service provider does
not support these features, or
you have not applied for serv-
ices that provide these fea-
tures.
Possible solution
Settings Security
Go to >
calls
, and then select
Reset limit with PIN2.
Contact your service provider. If the service
provider provides the SIM card's PUK code,
use the PUK code to unlock the SIM card.
Delete unnecessary contact information from
the Phone.
