Check to see if J105.1 pin is around 2.85V : CP126
NO Check to see C197 pin cold solder, broken, short to the other PCB pattern or not :
If you find out any defect, you replace it
2.Check to see J105.2, 3, 6 for wave form : CP127
NO Check to see J105, R171 cold solder, broken, short to the other PCB pattern
or not
If you find out any defect, you replace it
