    Remote Control INPUT Selects an input source. Power Number / Alphabet • : Enters or exits the Electronic Program Guide. • : Returns to the previously PRE CH selected channel. Switches to the television mode. YPbPr Switches to the YPbPr (Component Video) mode.

    Connecting the headphone audio output Common Interface HDMI 2 Stereo headphone • Once connected, the TV’s built-in speakers will be muted automatically. The volume level can be adjusted from the TV and the remote control. • Avoid prolonged use of the headphone or listening in an excessive volume level, otherwise your hearing will be damaged.

    Adjusting aspect ratio The TV can resize and reshape an image to suit your requirements. The visual result depends upon the setting your have chosen, and the original aspect ratio of the input image. Press on the remote control to cycle through Zoom different aspect ratios.

    Navigating the OSD menu To enter the On-Screen Display (OSD) menu, press on the remote MENU control or on the TV. Next, follow the navigation guides shown on the MENU screen bottom. For example, you can: 1. Press on the remote control or / on the TV to move among 4 different main menus: Picture, Sound, Channels, and Setup.

    Picture menu Item Function • : Suitable for viewing in brighter environments. Color, Vivid contrast, and brightness of the image is increased to suit the brighter lighting condition. • : Suitable for viewing in environments with normal Standard lighting condition. This most closely represents the broadcast standard quality.

    Adjusts settings in Noise Reduction, Flesh Tone, ACE (Auto Senseye Contrast Enhancement), and Dynamic Backlight.     Sound menu Item Function Selects a sound effect. Sound Mode Adjusts sound signals in various frequency ranges. Equalizer Adjusts the high tones in sound. Treble Adjusts the low tones in sound. Bass Adjusts the distribution of sounds between the left and the right audio channels of the built-in speakers, headphone, or SPDIF Balance audio output.

    Channels menu Item Function Toggles between two signal sources: Antenna and Cable. Tuner Mode Selects the area where this TV is installed. Country Selects the main audio channel. 1st Audio Selects the auxiliary audio channel. 2nd Audio • : Press to start automatic channel scanning.

    Setup menu Item Function Menu Selects the language for the OSD menu. Language Toggles among different aspect ratios: Auto, Normal, Zoom1, Zoom2, Wide, and Panorama. • Zoom 1 sets the TV screen image to 14:9 (the screen image is also cut off by 3% from the top and the bottom respectively).
