    Preparation/Basic Quick Start Guide • Check that the camera is turned off. Attaching the Lens Cap/Shoulder Strap When the camera is not in use, attach the lens cap to protect the lens. • We recommend attaching the lens cap to the camera using the lens cap string to prevent loss of the lens cap.
