CALLER ID
Storing a Caller ID entry in the directory memory
Names and numbers shown in the Caller ID list can be stored in the directory memory.
Notes:
• You cannot store a Caller ID entry that includes no phone number.
• If no key is pressed within 20 seconds, an error tone sounds and the telephone returns to
the standby mode.
• If you receive an incoming call or page, the operation is cancelled and the telephone is set
to receive the incoming call or page.
If a number has
already been stored in
the selected memory
location of the directory,
a confirmation screen is displayed. Press
Press SELECT/SCAN to overwrite. The display returns to the Caller ID list.
