If this product fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship at any time during the life of the product, the manufacturer

manufacturer disclaims all other implied or expressed warranties including all warranties of merchantability and/or fitness

exclusions and limitations may not apply. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights
