    Connecting the Projector Connecting the Power Cord Plug the supplied power cord into the AC socket on the side of the projector. CAUTION • Make sure you connect the power cord firmly into the AC socket. Connecting the Projector to a Computer You can connect your projector to a computer for projection of full color computer images.

    • The power can not be turned off for one minute after the initial warm-up sequence has begun. • After the projector is unpacked and turned on for the first time, a slight odor may be emitted from the exhaust vent.

    Selecting the Color Temperature This function can be used to adjust the color temperature to suit the type of image input to the projector (video, computer image, TV broadcast, etc.). Decrease the color temperature to create warmer, 2,3,4 reddish images for natural flesh tones. Increase the color temperature to create cooler, bluish images for a brighter picture.

    Useful Features Freeze Function Remote control On-screen Display This function allows you to instantly freeze a moving image. This is useful when you want to display a still image from a computer or video, giving you more time to explain the image to the audience. You can also use this function to display a still image from a computer while you make preparations for the next computer images to be presented.

    The lamp requires replacement. • If the TEMPERATURE WARNING indicator illuminates, follow the above possible solutions and then wait until the projector has cooled down completely before turning the power back on. (At least 5 minutes.) • If the power is turned off and then turned on again, as during a brief rest, the LAMP REPLACEMENT indicator may be triggered, preventing the power from going on.
