DISPLAY ACTION
Idle Prompt Swipe card. If debit or gift card used, select [Debit Sale] or [Gift Card
Sale], and then swipe card.
Fleet/Debit Pin (Info) If prompted, have customer enter pin on PINpad and press [ENTER].
Product #: xxx Enter the product number, then press [ ], or
[Fuel] [Service] [Cstore] Select [FUEL], [SERVICE], or [CSTORE], follow the prompts to select
the product code, and then press [DONE].
Sale Amount: $ Enter sale amount, then press [DONE].
Tax Amount: $ If prompted, enter tax amount, then press [DONE].
Total Sale: $ Press [DONE].
Amount Due $0.00 Press desired option.
Accept Partial Select NO to not accept partial approval and cancel the transaction.
Approval? Select YES to accept partial approval and initiate a new transaction to
NO YES collect Amount Due.
RETURN / REFUND
DISPLAY ACTION
Idle Prompt Select [RETURN/REFUND].
Type of Refund Select [CREDIT], [DEBIT], or [GIFT CARD].
Swipe Customer Card Swipe card.
Original Sequence # Enter sequence number from customer receipt, then press [DONE].
Product #: xxx Enter the product number, then press [ ], or
[Fuel] [Service] [Cstore]
Select [FUEL], [SERVICE], or [CSTORE], follow the prompts to select
the product code, and then press [DONE].
Sale Amount: $ Enter sale amount, then press [DONE].
Tax Amount: $ If prompted, enter tax amount, then press [DONE].
Total $ Verify total and press [DONE].
VOID / REVERSAL
DISPLAY ACTION
Idle Prompt Select [VOID].
Enter Sequence #: Enter the sequence number, then press [DONE].
Void Account #, Verify information, and then press [VOID] to void the transaction.
Sequence #, & Amt: $ Press [CNCL] to cancel the void and return to the idle menu.
BALANCE INQUIRY
(credit and debit cards)
DISPLAY ACTION
Idle Prompt Select [GET CARD BALANCE].
Is this a Debit Card?
NO YES Press desired option
Swipe Customer Card Swipe card. The terminal prints the available balance. (On debit cards,
terminal will prompt for pin )
AUTHORIZATION ONLY
(credit, fleet, and debit cards)
DISPLAY ACTION
Idle Prompt Select [AUTHORIZE ONLY].
Swipe Customer Card Swipe card.
Fleet/Debit Pin (Info) If prompted, have customer enter pin on PINpad and press [ENTER].
Authorize Only Amt: $ Enter the pre-authorization amount and press [DONE]. Receipts print.
