Phone Functions
Your Communicator offers full duplex telephone functionality and
offers the capability of storing phone numbers alphanumerically.
If a phone number is to be designated with a name, it must first
be preprogrammed by an authorized Motorola dealer.
Entering Phone Service

To enter Phone Service, press the

You will hear a dial tone.
Making a Phone Call
There are three (3) different ways a Phone Call can be made on
your Communicator when in Phone Service.
(1) Live Dial of a Phone Call

To enter Phone Service, press the

Enter the digits of the phone number to be called.
•
The display will indicate the digits as
they are entered.
•
The phone number will be dialed
automatically after the last digit is
entered.
