COMPLAINT
Does not Freeze/
Freezing not much
in the Freezer
Freezing in the
Refrigerator
Compartment.
Ice being formed in
the Freezer.
Alarm activated

CHECK
If the evaporator is blocked by ice.
If the product is an Alarm mode.
If the Freezer Fan motor is working
properly.
The Sealed system operation, as
leakage or restriction on the system,
low compressor pumping, fluid charge
and others.
If the Electronic Control – PCB is
working properly.
If utensils are placed directly on the
cold air outlet.
If the Door Cooling is well fitted /
locked at the wind flow
If the Temperature Sets are on the
proper position.
Humidity infiltration through the door.
If any of the doors remains open for
more than 2 minutes
If any Alarm code, was showed on the
LCD display
If the Electronic Control – PCB is
working properly.
SOLUTION
Check the defrost system:
-Defrost Sensor should not be
opened, in short-circuit or out of
position (evaporator returning pipe)
-Defrost Heater & Thermofuse are
opened/ burnt or improperly positioned
-The Electronic Control – PCB should
be engaging the Defrost Heater, do
the self test routine to prove it.
Check if the Gutter or Defrosting Drain
is blocked.
Check orientation done on this Manual
Alarm – item, regarding respective
Alarm code shown on the LCD.
Check the Fan Motor, Electronic
Control and their electric connectors,
carring out the Self Test Routine.
Finding any problem, adjust the
contacts or replace the damaged
component.
Replaced the failure component and
do the reoperation system.
Check if all interface components are
working well, if not, replace the
damaged component,if yes, check the
Electronic Control – PCB.
Reposition them and advise the
consumer.
Fit the Door cooling to the correct
position and advice the consumer
about its function and the correct
position after cleaning
Advise the consumer: on days too
cold or with few food in the
Refrigerator, the Temperature
selection should be set to the
minimum position – 18 ºC for the
freezer compartment and 7ºC for the
refrigerator compartment.
Check for any object blocking the door
closing. If gasket is defective, replace
it.
Advise the consumer to close the door
and explain the Open Door Alarm
system to her/ him, according the
Alarm system item on this Manual.
Check orientation done on this
Manual, regarding respective Alarm
code.
Check if all interface components are
working well, if not, replace the
damaged component,if yes, check the
Electronic Control – PCB.
