Assembly Packet for 880 Series The assembly packet contains two 2-part handle bolts (E), 2 cord hooks (F), 2 bellows screws (G) and 1 cord clamp with a screw (H). An extra belt is included with some models.

    Raise the dust cup support. Push the lower handle (largest end down) through the tube of the dust cup support and into the handle socket at the back of the cleaner. Make sure the notches on the lower handle face the rear of the cleaner (Fig. 1).

    12 inch No. 52282; 16 inch No. 52246-1 Brush Roll Belt The brush roll belt on the upright vacuum cleaner drives the brush to agitate, sweep, and comb the carpet nap. The belt should be checked regularly to be sure it is in good condi- tion.

To obtain warranty service you must return the defective cleaner or cleaner part along with proof of purchase to any Sanitaire Authorized Warranty Station.
