Customize indicators and backlights using CUE
The power indicator, rear connector indicators and keyboard backlight can
be customized in CUE (software). Type ʺCUEʺ in Windows 10 search box to
locate and start CUE.
Note: CUE may not be pre‐installed on some models. If you cannot locate CUE on your
computer, connect your computer to the Internet. CUE can be installed automatically
if your computer is connected to the Internet.

The battery is not being charged.
The battery has been charged between
