OFF_MUTE/PWRDN will send out a "high" pulse to turn on the

ARC (audio return channel) is supported on HDMI 1 only.
When an ARC command is received from CEC, then IC U502
will be enabled and an SPDIF signal will be available on
HDMI 1, pin 14.
