View: allows you view the message.
Forward: allows you to forward the message to other Email addresses or phone

Sort By: allows you to sort messages by Recipient, Type, Subject and Size.
Delete: highlight Selected to deleted the highlighted message. Highlight All to
delete all messages in the Sent box.
