Phone book
Delete: allows you to delete the name and number
from Phone book. You are asked to confirm that you
wish to delete the name and number by selecting
Yes or
key.
Copy: allows you to copy the number to another
location. You can select the memory location, either
SIM or Phone, and the location number.
Caller group: allows you to organise your Phone
book entries in caller groups so that the phone
alerts you in a specific way when a person from one
of your groups calls you. Select one of the 10
groups available.
To remove an entry from a group, select the No
group option.
For further details about how to change caller group
properties, see page 45.
Add entry: allows you to add a new number to the
currently selected name.
Send via IrDA: allows you to send one or all
numbers in the entry to another phone via the
infrared port. For details, see page 167.
Dialling a number from Phone book
Once you have stored phone numbers in Phone
book, you can dial them easily and quickly by using
the location numbers that were assigned to them in
Phone book.
