    Removing the Battery Press the back cover down from the top back of the phone (1) while pressing in on the cover release near the bottom (2). Lift up and remove the back cover from the phone.

    Note: The caller currently on hold appears greyed-out onscreen. When you have an active call and a call on hold, you may switch between the two calls, changing the one on hold to active and placing the other on hold.
