Adding a Signature
By defining information as a signature, you can automatically
attach it to the closing statement of e-mail items and avoid
recreating the information for each e-mail item. A signature
can contain information on you or your company—such as
your name, address, phone and fax numbers, and any other
text you want to include. The signature is visible only to the
e-mail recipient, and does not appear in your e-mail item.
Creating a Signature
From the Mail main menu, tap the Menu Launcher
