Managing certificates

On your Pocket PC Phone you can add and delete public
key certificates. Certificates help establish your identity
when you log on to a secured network or establish the
identity of other computers, such as servers, with which
you connect.
To manage personal certificates:
Personal certificates help establish your identity, when
you log on to a secured network, such as a corporate
network.
1. From the Start menu, tap Settings → System →
Certificates.
The list displays the name of the certificate issuer and
expiration date.
2. To view more details, tap the certificate in the list.
To manage root certificates:
Root certificates help establish the identity of servers
with which you connect. This helps prevent
unauthorised users from accessing your Pocket PC
Phone and information.
1. From the Start menu, tap Settings → System →
Certificates → Root tab.
The list displays the name of the certificate issuer and
expiration date.
2. To view more details, tap the certificate on the list.
