USER'S GUIDE
Congratulations on your purchase of the world's favorite tie rack — the Sharper Image Motorized Tie Rack! You now have a
modern and e cient way to store, organize and select your favorite ties and accessories. Please take a moment to read these
instructions and store them for future reference.
PRODUCT FEATURES

Note: The Motorized Tie Rack is recommended for closets at least 14" deep (requires a minimum of 5.5" clearance space,
from the rear edge of the closet rod to the back of the closet).
SET-UP GUIDE
Attaching Accessory Hooks
1. Insert the two Accessory Hooks (included) on the bottom of the unit as shown.
Installing the Batteries
1. Remove the Battery Box Cover by sliding it rearward.
2. Insert 4 C batteries (not included), making sure the polarity (+ or -) matches the
image inside.
3. Replace the Battery Box Cover.
Mounting on a Closet Rod
1. Slide out the black Cover Plate as shown in the diagram.
2. Align the unit under your closet rod.
3. Replace the black Cover Plate.
4. Tighten the Tension Screw on the bottom of the unit until the device is level
and secure on your closet rod.
Product Operation
1. Press the left button to rotate clockwise and turn on the LED.
2. Press the right button to rotate counter-clockwise and turn on the LED.
3. Press the stopper button to halt the rotation.
Note: The carousel and LED will turn o automatically in approximately 20 seconds
to conserve battery power.
Battery Safety Warnings
1. Do not mix old and new batteries.
2. Replace the entire set of batteries at the same time.
3. Do not mix alkaline batteries and disposable batteries.
4. Do not dispose of batteries in a fi re. This may cause them to leak or explode.
5. Never attempt to disassemble or open batteries, as this can lead to electrolyte burns.
6. Keep all batteries out of the reach of children.
