1. Shut down the computer.
2. Disconnect all external devices connected to the computer.
3. Disconnect the power from the computer by first unplugging the power cord from the AC outlet and then
unplugging the AC adapter from the computer.

Remove the display panel assembly:
1. Disconnect the webcam, WLAN module, and display panel cables (1).
2. Remove the four Phillips PM2.0×5.0 screws (2) that secure the display assembly to the keyboard/top
cover.
3. Rotate the hinges (3) up and toward the back of the computer to prepare for display assembly removal.
Make special note of each screw and screw lock size and location during removal
