SYSTEM TEST DIAGNOSTICS
The System Test Diagnostics are loaded from a diagnostic diskette.
These tests are designed to enable Service Personnel to identify
failing/marginal modules and verify the modules correct operation
after repairs have been made. Service personnel can select specific
tests to run, depending on the nature of the errors that are
reported. A list of the error messages that may be received is
located at the end of this chapter. For troubleshooting
information associated with the error messages, refer to Chapter 5,
"MAINTENANCE."
Note: It is recommended that you make a copy of your
System Test Diagnostic Diskette. Save the original as a
backup master. Use the copy as the working System Test
Diagnostic Diskette. Make sure the copy is not write
protected.
