Pump hasfollowing problems:
failure toproduce p ressure, erratic
pressure, chattering, l ossofpres-
sure,lowwatervolume.
1. Low pressure nozzle installed. 1. Replacewith high pressure nozzle.
2. Water inlet is blocked. 2. Clear inlet.
3. Inadequatewater supply.
4. Inlet hose is kinked or leaking.
5. Clogged inlet hose screen.
6. Water supply is over lO0°E
7. High pressure hose is blocked or leaks.
8. Spray gun leaks.
9. Nozzleis obstructed.
10. Pump is faulty.
3. Provide adequatewater flow.
4. Straighteninlet hose, patch leak.
5. Check and clean inlet hose screen.
6. Provide cooler water supply.
7. Clear blocks in outlet hose or replacehose.
8. Replacespray gun.
9. Cleannozzle.
10. Contact local servicefacility.
1. Detergentsiphoning tube is not submerged. 1. Insert detergentsiphoning tube into detergent.
2. Detergentsiphoning tube/filter is clogged or 2. Cleanor replacefilter/detergent siphoningtube.
Detergent fails to mix with spray, cracked.
3. High pressure nozzle installed. 3. Replacewith low pressure nozzle.
Engine runs well at no-load but 1. Engine speed is too slow. 1. Move throttle control to FASTposition. If engine
"bogs" when load is added, still "bogs down", contact local servicefacility.

6. Bad spark plug.

1. Fill crankcaseto proper level.
2. Cleanor replaceair cleaner.
3. Fillfuel tank.
4. Drain fuel tank; fill with fresh fuel.
5. Connectwire to spark plug.
6. Replacespark plug.
7. Drain fuel tank; fill with fresh fuel.
8. Contact local service facility.
