Getting Started Location To get the best operating conditions for the Range Extender, it is important to place it correctly. Here are a few tips for placing the Range Extender: • Place the Range Extender as high as possible, but at least 6 feet (2 meters) off the ground. - Page 7 Connect Install your Range Extender Plug the AC adapter into the Range Extender in its final location, and then plug the other end into the electrical outlet wall socket and switch the power on.
