HTC U11 life not responding?
If HTC U11 life does not respond when you touch the screen or press the buttons, you can
still restart it.
Press and hold the POWER and VOLUME DOWN until your phone vibrates, and then
release the buttons.
You may need to press and hold the buttons for 12 to 15 seconds before the phone
vibrates.

Notification LED
The notification LED shows a:
§ Solid green light when HTC U11 life is connected to the
power adapter or a computer and the battery is fully
charged.
§ Flashing green light when you have a pending
notification.
§ Solid orange light when the battery is being charged.
§ Flashing orange light when the battery level reaches very
low.
