    1.1 Introduction Thank you for choosing the NantLife Smart Ear Thermometer. This innovative medical device relies on advanced infrared (IR) technology to measure temperature instantly. Your new digital thermometer uses the infrared heat generated by the eardrum and its surrounding tissue. The thermometer then converts it into a tem- perature value displayed on the OLED screen.
