    3155/3155i (RM-41), 3152 (RM-61) Disassembly Disassembly Instructions 1. Remove the Battery Cover (E-cover) a. Turn the mobile terminal off. b. Apply pressure to the the E-cover, and push towards the bottom of the mobile terminal until the E-cover releases from the assembly.

    3155/3155i (RM-41), 3152 (RM-61) Nokia Customer Care Disassembly b. Rotate the A-cover to remove it from the assembly. 3. Remove the Four Screws from the UI shield Remove the four silver screws in a clockwise order as shown below. Gently lift the UI shield from the B-cover assembly.

Separate the Hinge Flex Cable Using the SRT-6 opening tool, carefully pry the flex cable connection off of the UI PWB.

Remove the UI PWB from the B-cover Unsnap the retainer clips on both sides, and lift the PWB to remove it from the B-cover as shown below. Retainer clips 8. Remove the Main LCD Display Loosen and unsnap the main LCD display from its retainers in the B-cover.

Remove the Engine PWB from the C-cover Hold the C-cover assembly with the PWB facing you, antenna-side up. Unsnap the retainer clips on both sides, and push up on the PWB to dislodge it from the C-cover.

Then lift upwards to remove it from the D-cover. 20. Remove the Whip Antenna Using a screwdriver or tweezers, lift the snap upwards and pull up on the antenna mast to release the antenna from the D-cover.
