Arcing is the microwave term that is defined as Sparks in the oven

> Cooking time given in the cooking guide is approximate. Factors
that may effect are the starting temperature, altitude, volume,
size and shape of food, and container used. As you become
familiar with the oven, you will be able to adjust for these factors.
