Replacing battery

Do NOT use a sharp
object to open a Tag
1.
Open the Tag

Taking care not to disturb other internal
components, insert NEW, lithium,
non-rechargeable CR2 3V battery.
Important!
Ensure correct
polarity
Looking after your LifeTag system
Periodically clean the Base Station and Tags, use a clean damp cloth. Do NOT use chemical or
abrasive cleaning agents.
Periocially clean the strap by washing it in fresh water and combing the velcro sections to
remove dirt, fluff etc.
If you are planning not to use the LifeTag system for an extended period (e.g. over winter),
remove the batteries from the Tags, to increase battery life.
Store all components in a dry location, out of direct sunlight , when not in use.
Never open a Tag unless you want to remove or replace the battery.

Remove spent
battery
Do NOT open a Tag in
wet or dirty conditions
Discard spent battery in

and snap shut
