Inside view of Chain Brake Adjustment located on Chain Brake 4. Turn the adjusting screw by hand counter- clockwise until the adjusting pin just touches the stop. This should allow the pin to be near the correct position. Further ad- justment may be necessary as you mount the bar. -

Bar and chain oil must be free flowing for the oil system to pump enough oil for adequate lubrication. Genuine Poulan or Poulan PROR bar and chain oil is recommended to protect your unit against excessive wear from heat and friction. -
