    1 Safety Safety General safety instructions Danger This boiler can be used by children aged 8 years and above and by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge when they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the safe use of the device and understand the resulting risks.

    1 Safety Recommendations Caution Only qualified professionals are authorised to work on the boiler and the installation. The appliance has an integral frost protection mode as long as there is power to the boiler. Important Regularly check the water pressure in the system (recommen­ ded pressure is 1.5 bar).

    Caution Maintenance operations must be performed by a qualified compe­ tent person. Use only Potterton genuine spare parts. The painted panels should be wiped with a damp cloth and then dried completely. DO NOT USE ABRASIVE CLEANING AGENTS. Maintenance instructions The central heating system should be checked regularly.
