Anti theft systems
Tow away protection* and interi
or motion sensor*
When activated, the anti theft warning sys
tem* triggers an alarm if your vehicle is
raised on one side or if motion is detected in
side.
Switching on tow away protection and the in
terior motion sensor
> Lock the car with the remote control.
The tow away protection and interior moti
on sensor switch on after about 25 seconds.
Switching off tow away protection and the in
terior motion sensor
> Unlock the car with the remote control.
This switches the tow away protection and
interior motion sensor off.

Switch the tow away protection and interior
motion sensor off when you lock your car and
• transport it
• board, e.g. a ferry or car transporter
• there are people or animals in the vehicle
• the side windows remain open
This will prevent any false alarm.

Indicator lamp
> Remove the car key.
> Press the button 1 within 60 seconds.
The indicator lamp in the switch lights up.
> Lock the car with the remote control.

The next time you lock the car with the re
mote control, the tow away protection and the
interior motion sensor will come on again.
