A: if there is no response from key and screen, you can click the "RESET" button on the right side
of the tablet, the tablet will force the shutdown. You can press the "Power" button to restart T72.
Q: what are the basic testing steps when the device can not boot?
A:
1. If the tablet can be turned on after being connected to the charger, it means the battery is
insufficient.
2. Ensure the indicator of charger light and the charger work normally.
3. remove the U disk、Micro SD card and other external devices.

A: immediately unplug the power cord of T72 and click the "RESET" button. Must not force to

A:
1. Adjust the LCD to a lower brightness.
