Basic Operation

Indicator Lights
All Indicator Light descriptions apply when the Line Conditioner is plugged into a wall
outlet and turned on.
5 Indicator Lights (Top):
Green "NORM": Line Conditioner is plugged in and receiving nominal AC line voltage.
Yellow "LOW" (or "BOOST") and "HIGH" (or "TRIM"): Incoming voltage is above or
below nominal AC line voltage.
Red "VERY HIGH" or "VERY LOW": Incoming voltage is substantially above or below
nominal AC line voltage.
2 Indicator Lights (Bottom):
Green "LINE OK": AC power is present and no wiring faults are detected. When
illuminated, AC power is acceptable for connected equipment.
Red "LINE FAULT": A wiring fault has been detected. The condition should be
investigated and repaired by a qualified technician as soon as possible. A loose wall
outlet may cause this light to illuminate. The line conditioner will identify most common
wiring faults (but not necessarily every possible type of fault).
Other Line Conditioner Features
Lighted Power Switch/Lighted Power Switch (LCR2400 only): Flip
this switch to ON to activate power at the line conditioner's receptacles.
This switch will light up when the line conditioner is plugged in and
turned on.
AC Receptacles: The NEMA 5-15R receptacles provide your connected
equipment with AC line power during normal operation. They adjust
incoming voltage to provide equipment with consistent 120V power.
These receptacles also protect your equipment against damaging surges
and line noise, eliminating the need for external surge suppression.
Note: As the line conditioner corrects high or low input voltage, the unit will make
a gentle clicking sound. The frequency of the clicking will depend on the quality
of the utility power in your particular area. The clicking is normal, and no action is
required on your part.
Input Breaker: Protects the electrical circuit from overcurrent draw on
the line conditioner's load. If the breaker trips, remove some of the load
then reset the input breaker by pushing in the plunger.
